Billy was a member of Greenland Baptist Church and had been an engineer for CSX Railroad. She graduated from High School, married John Bill and with him raised Bill and Debbie. Along the way, she served the community through many PTA positions as well as supporting all the sports and band activities in which Bill and Debbie were involved. Dorothy Hopkins Cassidy, 94, passed away in Tullahoma, TN, on June 11, 2018. She was born February 1, 1924, to Jane and Manning Lovings in Laurel County. Dorothy went back to school in her forties. She earned multiple degrees and taught twenty some years in public schools at elementary, high school, and college levels. Patsy Lloyd Webb, 74, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Lexington. Born in Corbin, Patsy was the daughter of the late Donald A.  Lloyd and Maxine Lloyd Mitchell who survives.
