Mildred “Lois” Partin, 80, of Buck Creek Community, Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017, at the family residence. She was born May 13, 1936, at Mountain Ash, the daughter of the late Rev. George Russell Stephens and Gladys Petrey Stephens. She was a member of the Mountain Ash Church of God for over forty five years and worked for Duckhead Apparel for several years. Don E. Davis, 72, of Jellico (Oswego), TN passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the North Knoxville Medical Center. He was born November 8, 1944 in Jellico, TN and was a long time member, Deacon and Treasurer of the Oswego Missionary Baptist Church.
