Cecil was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who deeply loved his family and community. He was a hardworking factory worker, a faithful Bible teacher for over 50 years, a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and a proud World War II veteran who served in France, Germany, and Italy.
