Donnie Ray Sea, 72, of Cliff End Street, Williamsburg, departed this life on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, TN. He was born on October 8, 1944 in Louisville, to the late Cecil Ray Sea and Lettie (Satterly) Sea. He was also preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Arnold Merriman and Howard Trayner. Donnie attended Corn Creek Free Church of God. Jack M. Smiddy, 88 of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017. He was born April 15, 1929 in Williamsburg to the late Silas and Emma Smiddy. He was a graduate of Williamsburg High School, Class of 1950. He married Jenny Perkins on September 17, 1949 and the family later moved to Knoxville. Mr. Smiddy worked for White Lily, Security Mills and retired from Conagra Foods. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Fountain City, served in the National Guard and belonged to Shriners International. Elsie Mae Sams Whitehead, 84, of Corbin, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at the Compassionate Care Center at Richmond, KY. A native of Knox County, she was a daughter of the late Etna and Arzilla Dugger Sams. She was also preceded in death by her husband Elvin Whitehead; brothers Joe Sams, Gen Sams, and Dorlyn Sams; and sisters Opal Mitchell, Piney Rader, Grace Mitchell, and Artha Jones.
