Stolen car found submerged near 312 boat ramp Tuesday
Police aren't sure who ditched a $10,000 Ford Mustang, found Tuesday submerged about 25 feet offshore in Laurel River Lake near Corbin, but say the vehicle was stolen in Indiana in late December.
