Charlotte Marie Smith, 64, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016, at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Fox Addition of the Calvary Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
