Convicted felon found unconscious in stolen vehicle said he was in W’burg to meet with the ‘mafia’

A report about someone passed out inside a vehicle outside of a Williamsburg gas station recently resulted in the recovery of a stolen vehicle from Georgia, and the arrest of a Michigan convicted felon, who had a handgun inside the vehicle with him, according to arrest documents.
