Corbin commission votes to start legal process on 24 out-of-compliance properties

The Corbin City Commission asked City Attorney Bob Hammons to begin the required legal process to permit the city to demolish nine dilapidated properties and foreclose on 15 others on which the city has been forced to perform frequent upkeep.
