Corbin Police searching for couple that robbed McDonald’s customer

 Corbin Police are asking for the public’s help to find two people who robbed a woman at gunpoint in the parking lot of the McDonald’s on Master Street Thursday night.

According to the Detective Bill Rose, police were called to the scene about 5:20 p.m.

The victim told police that she had been sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle when the male suspect approached and took her purse. The male was armed with a hand gun.

The male then got into a black SUV, driven by a female and fled the scene.

The male is described as a white, 5’11” to 6’ tall, slim build, and short hair or bald.

The victim was unable to give a description of the female. However, the suspects were captured on store security cameras as was the SUV.
