A Corbin woman is being held in the Laurel County Detention Center for allegedly making a deal with a man to kill her husband in exchange for his life insurance money.
Kentucky State Police have charged Amber Hursey, 24, with one count of solicitation of murder.
She was arrested Thursday after meeting with the man during which she discussed details. Unknown to Hursey, the man had contacted police after Hursey initially approached him and they were listening in on the conversation.
Hursey is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
