The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that cross drain operations will start Tuesday, Aug. 11, on a portion of KY 1259 (mile point 2.6 at the junction of Browning Acres Road) in Whitley County.
The roadway will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The transportation cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
