Daisy Ann Smith, 57, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 20, at the Rossland Holiness Church.
Burial will be in the Smith Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home and from 12-2 p.m. on Friday at Rossland Holiness Church.
