Deborah “Deb” (Lawson) Strunk

Deborah “Deb” (Lawson) Strunk, age 64, of the Keswick Community of Whitley County, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, November 9, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family and her beloved pets whom she loved dearly.
She was born on July 20, 1958, to the late George Lawson and Minnie (Davis) Lawson in Jellico, Tennessee. She was the granddaughter of the late George Davis and Mattie (Young) Davis.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Danny Strunk; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack Strunk and America Strunk.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Lynn Peace, and husband, Patrick Jennings, of the Keswick Community; two grandchildren, Kayla (Jennings) McFarland, and husband, Jonathan, of Corbin, KY and Patrick Jordan Jennings, of the Keswick Community; three great-grandchildren, Arianna Randles, and Eliza and Chase McFarland; three brothers-in-law, Gary Strunk, and wife, Casey, Larry Strunk, and wife, Janis, and Jack Strunk, and wife, Jeanna; two sisters-in-law, Jackie Rodriguez, and husband, Dave, and Lorie Strunk; and a host of friends, neighbors, and other relatives to mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday afternoon, November 16, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
The funeral will immediately follow on Wednesday afternoon, November 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Bowlin Cemetery located in the Red Hill Community of Whitley County, Kentucky.
