Dennis Ray Evans

Dennis Ray Evans, age 90, of Roses Creek passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026, at home. He was born September 8, 1936, in Campbell County. He was a member of Primroy Missionary Baptist Church.
Ray is preceded in death by father, Ted Evans; mother, Georgie (Hatfield) Evans; sister, Juanita Lambdin; brothers, Boyd Evans and Jimmy Evans.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margie (Siler) Evans; children, David (Rebecca) Evans, Sandra (Jack) Marlow, and Mark Evans; grandchildren, Brenden (Amy) Marlow, Casey (Adam) Grubb, Bradley (Nora) Marlow, Racheal (Trey) Bingham, and Raven (Brent) Sabino; great-grandchildren, Remington, River, Aleck, Olivia, Amelia, Braylee, Kinleigh, Kambree, Memphis, Cruz, Montgomery, Amari, Leo, Kobe, Kingsten and Axe; sister, Barbara Collingsworth; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
Pallbearers were Brenden Marlow, Bradley Marlow, Brent Sabino, Kingsten Evans, Tayler King, and Jack Nelson.
Funeral service was Sunday, September 27, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bernley Lambdin and Rev. Peyton Collett officiating.
Burial was Monday, September 28, in the Evans-Marlow Cemetery, 4976 White Oak Road in Duff, TN.
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
