Fomer American Legion Post 88 Commander and wife face burglary chargees

Former acting American Legion Post 88 Commander Travis E. Leonard and his wife, Tracy M. Leonard, are being held in the Laurel County Correctional Center in lieu of $25,000 cash bonds after being arrested on July 3 for second-degree burglary, according to court documents.
