Grace on the Hill no longer affiliated with United Methodist Denomination

Grace on the Hill Church of Corbin, formerly a member of the United Methodist Denomination, has voted to move ahead into the future as an independent, non-denominational community church.

When asked about the move, Rev. Dr. Scott E. Wilson explained, “The Methodist denomination as a whole has been becoming more and more liberal in their theology. In order for this church to be the church that it needs to be, we felt that it needed to be disaffiliated from the denomination.”
