Horses, heroes and healing

Horses Healing Heroes hosted its Third Annual Heroes Walk last Saturday in downtown Williamsburg at the Green Space on Main.

In addition to the walk, the Mount Vernon VFW Post presented the colors to start the festivities, which included the singing of the National Anthem and the playing of Taps.

Horses Healing Heroes is a non-profit dedicated to helping veterans and first responders navigate mental and physical challenges through the powerful bond of natural horsemanship.
