The inaugural Refuge Ridge 5K drew about 90 human participants in addition to a few canines Saturday morning in Williamsburg. Refuge Ridge is a wolf dog rescue facility located in Whitley County. Johanan Woodring won the race with a time of 19:25. Alicia McClary was the top female finisher with a time of 22:50.
