Jail employee arrested for intoxication while on duty Wednesday

A Whitley County Detention Center worker found herself on the other side of the law Wednesday morning after she was arrested for allegedly being intoxicated while at work.

Kathleen Kramer was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana Wednesday morning.
