James Benjamin Edward ”Ben” King

James Benjamin Edward ”Ben” King, 19, of Barton Mill Cutoff Road, Corbin, departed this life on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Corbin.

He was born on April 21, 1999 in Corbin, to the late James Edward King and Alicia (Duncan) King.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Duncan.

He is survived by his mother, Alicia King Tucker (Bradley) of Corbin; brother, Caleb King of Corbin; sister, Lyda King of Corbin; grandparents, Eddie and Carrie King of Williamsburg grandmother, Debora Duncan of Harlan; great-grandmother, Shelby Bryant of Williamsburg; several aunts and uncles; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held Friday, August 17, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike McQueen officiating.

Following the service he was laid to rest in the King Family Cemetery on Black Oak Road in Williamsburg.
