Jean Onkst Smith, 67, of Middlesboro, and formerly of Corbin passed away Tuesday evening in Tennessee.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Addison officiating.

Burial followed in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky.
