Joyce Ann Lay Chesser

Joyce Ann Lay Chesser, age 46, of Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born September 11, 1975 in Toledo, Ohio.
Joyce Ann is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Jo “Jenny” Metzler Lay; sister, Jerri Lea Lay; brothers, Ricky Lynn Marlow, and Orvil Marlow, Jr.; grandparents, Claude and Maggie Kimberlin Metzler, Lily Taylor, and Tom Lay.
She is survived by her father, Lonnie “Slim” Lay; daughters, Dakota Cheyenne Chesser “Bug” and Sienna Chesser “Chubby” and fiancé Charles Pittman and Raven Chesser; grandchildren, Zayvion Lay-Chesser “Zay” and Eretria Pittman “Ant”; significant other, H.D. Woods; sisters, Martha Clifton and husband Tim, Janice Latchford and husband Kenny, Angie Riley and husband Mike, Audrey Lavender and husband Patrick; and host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
All services will be private with Rev. Junior Dople officiating.
