Judge hears motions to delay murder trial, remove death sentence

The attorneys of Paul Brock argued numerous motions Monday in Whitley Circuit Court in an attempt to remove the death penalty and/or delay the trial.

Paul Brock is charged with three counts of capital murder and fetal homicide.
