In April 2024, Gov. Andy Beshear signed into law the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program which, according to its mission statement at kymedcan.ky.gov, seeks to “ensure Kentuckians suffering from serious medical conditions have safe, affordable access to medical cannabis.”
