The application covers an area of approximately 12.42 acres of which 12.42 acres were disturbed. The area is located approximately located 1 mile north of Pleasant View in Whitley County
The permit is approximately 0 miles east of US 25W junction with Cane Creek Road and located approximately 0.1 miles northeast of the junction of Cane Creek and Clear Fork.
The total bond now in effect for this permit is a surety bond in the amount of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand dollars ($214,000) of which approximately 85% of the original bond amount of $214,000 is included in this application for release.
