Locals graduate from Roads Scholar, Road Master Training Programs

The Technology Transfer Program of the Kentucky Transportation Center is proud to announce that 195 Roads Scholars and 201 Road Masters have completed the 2025 Kentucky Roads Scholars/Road Masters Training Program.

Joining the 4,600 Roads Scholars and 3,800 Road Masters who have already completed the program are three locals – Joshua Askins, Harvey Alder and McKinley Chute, all with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 11.

Presenting the awards was John More, Deputy State Highway Engineer with the KYTC.
