Lola Evans, 71, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Born in Claiborne County, TN, she was the daughter of the late John Jarve Davis and Winnie Bell Frazier Davis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Arlette Jarvis and brothers Dank Evans and Richard Evans.
She is survived by three sisters: Izella Terry of Telford, TN, Jeanette Terry of LaFollette, TN, and Bernice Lane of Cincinnati, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will be in Clearfield Cemetery in Claiborne County, TN.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
