Man accused of sodomy arrested on indictment warrant

Bobby Allen, 32, who was indicted Friday by a Knox County Grand Jury on charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree attempted sodomy, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday afternoon by Kentucky State Police Trooper Mark Medford.

The indictment alleges that Allen repeatedly had sexual intercourse with the victim between Jan. 2008 and Dec. 2008.

Allen is scheduled to be arraigned June 25 in Knox Circuit Court.
