Motion to dismiss indictment in 2017 triple homicide case denied

A motion to dismiss the indictment against one of three Indianapolis men charged in connection with a 2017 Whitley County triple homicide was denied during a hearing Thursday, though concessions could soon be made regarding his confinement.
