Nancy Aileen Hensley, of Maple Creek Road, Williamsburg KY went home to be with Jesus on Monday, May 26, 2025.
She was a devoted Christian, and a beloved child of God.
Preceded in death by her parents, Carrie and Roscoe Siler; her oldest son, Ronnie Hensley; and three daughters, Nancy Ann Hensley, Rhonda Gayle Hensley, and Rita Meachelle Hensley Starcher; sisters, Louise (Howard) Butschie, Faye Carr, Roxanne Brusman; and brother, L.B. Siler.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Tester Hensley; sons, Robert (Cindy) Hensley and Roger (Sharon) Hensley; grandchildren, Ronnie Alan (Eileen) and Robin Anne Hensley, Jessica Bishop, Roger (Samantha) Hensley, Ryan (Lydia) Hensley, Devon Starcher and Kaitlyn Starcher; great-grandchildren, Lukas (Katelynn) Hensley, Jackie Hensley, Castiel Hensley, McKenziee Wallace, Hunter Hensley and Scarlett Hensley, and Chyanne (Cade) Boatwright, Grayson Starcher and Aurora Starcher, and Logan Bishop; sisters, Pam (Danny) Davis, Joyce (Kenneth) Bell; brothers, Raymond Siler, and James (Geraldine) Siler; and many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
She was a member of the Riverside Church of God Mountain Assembly, in Williamsburg, KY. She was an accomplished gospel singer. Over the years, she and husband Tester travelled to many churches and revivals throughout the US spreading the Good News. They made several trips to the Holy Land.
She was a very good cook, and prepared many delicious dinners for her family. Especially her chicken and dumplings, coleslaw, and cherry cheesecake and blackberry dumplings. She kept a beautiful home, took pride in her family and celebrated many holidays with her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday June 2, after 6:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Williamsburg, KY.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Tuesday June 3, at the Riverside Church of God in Williamsburg, KY with Pastor Randy Halcomb presiding.
Followed by her burial at Maple Creek Cemetery in Williamsburg, KY.
Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
