Nov. 8 trial date set for KSP troopers indicted in federal court

A Nov. 8 trial date has been set in U.S. District Court in London for two Kentucky State Police troopers and one former trooper, who were indicted last week in connection with the alleged excessive force arrest of a suspect during a 2020 incident in Whitley County, and then conspiring to cover up that excessive force, according to a release from the United States Attorney’s Office and court documents.
