Sandra G. Monhollen, 70, of Redhill Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was born on May 17, 1946 in Gatliff, to the late Roy Strunk and Opal Davis Strunk.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Monhollen.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Monhollen of Williamsburg; niece, Carmela Cox of Williamsburg; two grandchildren, Amber Jones and Whitney Anderson several great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Partin of Williamsburg; sister-in-law, Naomi Monhollen Winstead of Rockholds; sister and brother-in-law, Glenda and Willard Monhollen of Toledo, OH and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held Monday, January 9, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerome Leach and Rev. John Monhollen officiating.
She was laid to rest in the Whitley Memorial Gardens.
