SAR awards Patriot Certificate to Eaton

Dennis Eaton of Keavy was recently awarded a Patriot Certificate by the Captain Charles Gatliff Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.

Eaton was blinded in combat in Vietnam in 1969. Since returning to Keavy from the Walter Reed Medical Center, he has been active in his community, church and the Keavy DAV chapter.

Charles Hayes presented the award during the 45^th anniversary of the founding of the Keavy DAV.
