Scotty Wayne Smithers, 64, of Wise Owl Road, Keavy, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at his home.
He was born on August 4, 1953 in Richmond, to the late Aaron Smithers and Alberta Mae (Muncie) Smithers.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Sue Hardin and Diane Arvin and his brothers, David Michael Smithers and Johnny Lee Smithers.
He is survived by his sisters, Constance Lugar (Frank) of Interlachen, FL, Donna Jean Miller of Keavy, Elizabeth Ann Smithers of St. Augustine, FL, and Carol Lynette Kwolskie (Wes) of Palm Coast, FL; a brother, Larry Mason Smithers (Freda) of Woodbine; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
