Sharp remembered as someone who spent his life helping those in his community

A longstanding Williamsburg public servant who was not only well-known, but also well-liked, will be laid to rest later this week.

Troy Sharp, who served with the Corbin Police Department, Whitley County Sheriff’s Department and Williamsburg Police Department, died last Thursday at 74.
