Thomas Ray Garrett, 47, of Jellico, TN passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was born September 8, 1971 in Dayton, OH.
Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Thomas Garrett; mother, Katy Ree Fulton Lowe; brother, Ricky Gene Garrett.
He is survived by his companion, Shannon Renea Buck; daughters, Savannah Ray Garrett and fiancé Jonathan Beyers; Jessica Renea Garrett; step-father, Gather Dean Lowe; mother-in-law, Reba Walker; sister-in-law, Bertie Walker; like a daughter, Roxanne Jones; half-brother, Dean Lowe and wife Rose; like a brother, Michael Jones; like a mother, Theresa Long; friends, Willlie Chadwell, Stasha Ricker, Cameron Massey; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held April 6 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was held Sunday, April 7, in the Baird Cemetery (Little Elk Community).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
