W.C. Fiscal Court appoints Coty Paul to library board

The Whitley County Fiscal Court appointed Coty Paul to the Whitley County Library Board of Trustees for a four-year term, filling the seat previously held by Glenna Cordell. Cordell’s term expires April 30.
