WCHD Superhero Day held Saturday in W’Burg

The Whitley County Health Department celebrated its third annual Superhero Day event on Saturday at University of the Cumberlands’ Patriot Park. Despite the cold and windy conditions, hundreds flocked to the park to partake in the festivities. The event was full of giveaways from a variety of vendors. Additionally, attendees were able to obtain valuable information regarding community resources. The event ended with several egg hunts for different age groups.
