William Barnhill

William Barnhill, 80, of Highway 25-W, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at his home.

William was born on June 21, 1939 in Williamsburg, to the late William D. and Mae (Richmond) Barnhill.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Nannie Irene (Vanderpool) Barnhill; a brother, Eddie Ray Barnhill; and a great grandchild.

William was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.

He is survived by two children, Edwina Perez (Arthur) of Williamsburg and William Barnhill Jr. of Englewood, FL; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

A graveside service will be conducted Friday, August 23, at the Ryan Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hawn officiating.

Military graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin, KY.
