William Blaine Carrol, age 15, of Duff, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at his home. He was born November 30, 2007, in Jellico, Tennessee.
William was a beloved student at the Jellico High School.
William is preceded in death by his father, Billy Blaine Carroll.
He is survived by his parents, Victor and Lorraine (Metzler) Carroll; sisters, Shannon Carroll, and Mary Burton; Godmother, Jessica Moore; the students and staff of Wynn Habersham Elementary and Jellico High School; and a host of aunts, uncles, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was Saturday February 25, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adam Gulley officiating.
Burial was Sunday, February 26, in the Chadwell Cemetery, in Duff, Tennessee.
