Williamsburg’s Morgan Moses crowned Miss Richmond 2018

Date:

Williamsburg’s own Morgan Moses was recently crowned Miss Richmond 2018.

Morgan will advance to compete in June in the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Pageant which will be held in Lexington.

She graduated from Williamsburg High School in 2016 and attends the University of Kentucky. She is a Pre-Med student majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology.

“Competing in the Miss America Organization has given me opportunities to give back to the community and raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.” said Morgan. “Serving as Miss Richmond will also allow me to share my platform, Feeding Our Future: Fighting Food Insecurities in Generation Z. Raising awareness on food insecurity in the homes of kids is one of my priorities.” she continued.

Morgan will be working with the restaurant JonEvan Jacks Pizza, Burgers and Wings located in Corbin on Friday, March 30th to help raise money for Children’s Miracle Network. Everyone is invited to come out and have dinner from 5-9 p.m. and help support miracles!

A percentage of all the proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
