Willow Grace Slate, still born daughter of Brandi Campbell Good and Jeff Slate, was born into eternal rest on Wednesday June 30, 2021 at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky.
Graveside service will be held at 1 pm, on Sunday, July 11, at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy,
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
