Illinois man indicted for impersonating an officer, making threats toward funeral attendee(s)

The Whitley County Grand Jury indicted an Illinois man Monday, who allegedly made threats towards people attending a funeral in Williamsburg in late March and claimed that he was an “agent” working for the CIA and that he would be making an arrest with other agents before he went back to Illinois.
