Knox County Grand Jury opts to not issue indictment regarding fatal accident involving sheriff’s deputy

The Knox County Grand Jury has opted not to issue a criminal indictment regarding a pursuit involving a Knox County Sheriff’s deputy and a side-by-side vehicle that resulted in one person’s death this past July, according to the grand jury’s Friday report.
