• Pap’s BBQ, 407 Barton Mill Rd., Corbin – 98. Aug. 7 regular inspection. Comments: chemicals not properly labeled; chemicals stored above food (corrected during inspection).
• Little Blessings Child Care, 1260 US 25W, Williamsburg – 99. Aug. 11 regular inspection. Comments: missing sanitizer test strips.
• Little Wildcats Daycare, 2101 S. Main St., Corbin – 100. Aug. 11 other inspection.
• Bell Whitley Early Head Start, 535 N 11th St., Williamsburg – 100. Aug. 14 regular inspection.
• Dominos Team Pizza of Corbin, 1500 Cumberland Falls HWY, Corbin – 98. Aug. 19 regular inspection. Comments: permit is not posted for customers to see; contamination splashed or by others means on clean equipment, utensils, or single service articles.
• Crabtree’s Drive-In, 129 18th St., Corbin – 100. Aug. 22 regular inspection.
• Sally Gap Farms, 460 Louden Rd., Williamsburg – 100. Sept. 8 regular inspection.
• Sweeties Ice Cream, 215 N Main St., Corbin – 90. Sept. 11 regular inspection. Comments: wares soiled with food particles and buildup of food residue; not using date marking for 7 day cold holding food items; chemical cleaners stored above sanitary/clean area; ice cream tubs missing lids to prevent condensation from dripping onto/into ice cream; ware washing machine not working properly; ice cream cooler gaskets soiled with residue and mold-like growth.
