Several local students excelled at their colleges or universities making the Dean’s List at their respective schools, including:
- Miami University announced one local student made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Students who are ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students are named to the Dean’s List.
Hailey Heath of Williamsburg made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
- Midway University announced one local student made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Students must obtain a 3.60 grade point average for the semester to make the Dean’s List.
Cali Nugent of Williamsburg made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
- One local student made the Dean’s List at Lindsey Wilson University for the 2026 spring semester.
Students must obtain a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and be in good academic standing for the semester to be named to the Dean’s List.
Keaton Smith of Corbin made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
- Georgetown College announced one local student made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Students must complete 12 credit hours and have a minimum of 3.7 grade point average.
Clayton Davis of Corbin is one of 277 students who earned a place on the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
- East Tennessee State University announced one local student who made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Undergraduate students must pass a minimum of 12 credits with no grade below a ‘B-’ and a 3.5 grade point average.
Ronnie Mullins of Rockholds was named to the East Tennessee State University spring 2026 dean’s list.
- Southern New Hampshire University announced one local student made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Students must obtain a minimum of 3.500 to 3.699 for the semester to be named to the Dean’s List.
The student recognized is Elvin Mahan of Williamsburg.
- East Tennessee State University announced one local student made the Dean’s List for the 2026 spring semester.
Nearly 100 students were named to the Dean’s List.
Students must complete a minimum of 12 hours earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 or above with no grade below a B-.
The student recognized is Sydney Rice of Corbin.
