Siler files for re-election

Another incumbent has added their name to the list of candidates seeking election or re-election next year.
82nd District Representative Charlie Siler has filed to run for re-election, according to the Kentucky Secretary of State’s website.
Other incumbents seeking re-election next year include Circuit Court Clerk Gary Barton and County Attorney Paul Winchester.
Division One Circuit Judge Jerry Winchester has already filed papers with the secretary of state’s office to seek re-election, as has Division Two District Judge Dan Ballou. Both judicial races are non-partisan.
Among the list of non-incumbents to have already filed are three candidates seeking the Republican nomination for jailer including Fourth-District Magistrate Wayne Wilson, Larry R. Patrick of Williamsburg, and Williamsburg Fire Chief James Privett.
Roy L. Croley filed Nov. 10 to run for first district magistrate. Nolan Bird currently serves as first district magistrate, and hasn’t filed yet.
