COL (R) Carlos Ray Glover, 60, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 in Louisville.

He was a member Shelbyville Moose Lodge 1715.

He served 30 years in US Army, including a tour with 101st Airborne Division in Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Reva Juna White.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Susan Wilson Glover, Shelbyville; sons, Ryan Mailhot, Pensacola, FL; Bryan Glover (Whitney), Pleasureville; daughters, Ashley Walker (Timmy), Shelbyville; Jessica Glover, Lebanon, PA; grandchildren, Casey Jane Glover, Paxton Flynn Glover and Waylon Grant Walker; brothers, Lee White (Kim);  Melvin White (Wilma); sister, June Johns (Lee); all of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews, cousins, uncle and close friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 30, at the Shannon Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating.

Burial was in Grove Hill Cemetery.
