Linda Ann Powell, 77, of South Highway 1064, Woodbine, departed this life on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was born on June 11, 1941 in Whitley County, to the late Carmack Kersey and Lida (Manning) Kersey.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dan Kersey and J.R. Kersey and a sister, Opal Carpenter.
She is survived by her husband, Delmus Powell of Woodbine; daughter, Nytisha Powell; two brothers, Doug Kersey and wife Sandy and Mac Kersey of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be from 11 a,m until the funeral hour on Wednesday, June 20, at Croley Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating.
Following the service she will be laid to rest in the Croley Addition of Highland Park Cemetery.
