Elks Club donates to Knox County Backpack Program

With the help of a Spotlight grant, Tri-County Elks Club 2826 donated $2,000 to Kentucky Harvest Southeast for the Backpack Program in Knox County. The Backpack Program benefits 163 children every weekend.
